Buffalo Bicycles, raising boys to men

Meet Abitionce Chigegwe, whose name in the Shona vernacular, Tadiwa, means we have been loved by the Lord.

Tadiwa was given a leg up with a Buffalo bicycle through an education program as a primary school student in 2013  at Simchembo 2 Primary School in Gokwe. 11 years later,  Tadiwa is a vendor, selling brooms and other homewares, using the same Buffalo bicycle

Commuting 15km from his home in Masasa Park to his work station at Food Lovers, Greendale, on a good day, Tadiwa says he sells 2 to 5 mops, which makes a profit of US$2 per item.  An average net income of US$6 per day

Since he received the bicycles, Tadiwa is happy to advise he has only replaced his front tire and tubes and he will soon need new tires and tubes
